"Heliconia Glow Emergence"

   

A glow radiated from this heliconia. Even the flower’s waxy bracts,
too thick to expect any light to pass through, glowed translucently. 
The light shining on and through them made the appeal more about
the light than about the heliconia itself. The tiny green flower strand,
peeking out of the open bract, bowed down so it, too, would catch the
light and glow. 

 

2 Corinthians 4:6
"For God, who said, 'Let light shine out of darkness,' made His light shine
in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the Glory of God
in the face of Christ."
